Preview before you pay
You can generate and view your website before making a payment. We encourage you to review your preview carefully before paying.
Refund eligibility
Once a website is activated, the service is considered delivered. If a technical failure prevents activation after a successful payment, the amount is refunded or the website is activated for the full term, at your choice.
Duplicate payments
If you are charged more than once for the same order, the duplicate amount is refunded.
How to request
Contact support with your order number and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
