Terms & Conditions

The service

We provide a template-based website generation and hosting service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for having the right to use any content or images you upload.

Pricing & payment

The introductory offer price and the regular price are displayed in the interface. The amount you are charged is always shown to you before payment and is recorded with your order. Prices are in Indian Rupees.

Activation & term

A generated preview is not a published website. Your website is activated only after we verify your payment, and it remains live for the term shown at activation (currently 365 days).

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful, misleading or harmful content. We may suspend a website that violates these terms.

Liability

The service is provided on a reasonable-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current term.
